Products can only be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. This means that the packaging needs to be opened with care. Phanine or its partners or agents must be notified in writing of all exchanges and returns. Please, always include your customer number, your full name, and the invoice number in the notification. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning a product.
