To place your order, please log on first. If you already have an account you can log on with your user name or e-mail address and your password. You can also change your details. You can fill out a different shipping address during this step as well. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password through your e-mail address.
New customers can apply for account at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your account request will be processed within 24 hours and we will contact you.
If you would like to order a product, you can place it in your shopping cart by clicking on ‘add to cart’. Your order can be viewed by placing your cursor over the shopping cart. Then your order will be visible.
When you place an order, these products are reserved for you. A product that is marked in orange it is out of stock and is placed on back order. The expected week of delivery will be displayed in red. Please note that this is an expected delivery time and not a guaranteed delivery time. The products that are in stock are shipped immediately. We will contact you in due time with regard to products on back order. Back orders are not automatically shipped free of charge.
When you have completed your order, select ‘checkout’. You will then get an overview of your order and your details. After reviewing this information you can place your order. You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.
A placed order is a binding contract unless you revoke the order within two working days following receipt of the order confirmation.
